This recipe is easy and tastes so good. If you follow the measurements in this recipe, it will make you heaps!

6-8 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup wheat-germ
1/2 cup grape-seed oil
1 cup honey
1 cup bran
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup Sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup dried dates
1 Tbspn Vanilla Essence
(Can also add walnuts/ cranberries/ raisins)

Combine all dry ingredients (except dried fruit).
Warm oil, honey and vanilla and add to dry ingredients.
Place into roasting dish and bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 30-40 min until golden, turning mixture every 10 minutes.
Then add the dried fruit.
For each serve add your daily serving of SuJon Blackcurrant powder, which is 1 teaspoon.
Then a bit of milk and yogurt, whatever takes your fancy…
Guess what… It’s ready to eat… YUM!
