Summery Mixed Berry Punch

Serves 8

Ingredients
1 teabag
1 cup boiling water
400g Sujon Mixed Berries
ΒΌ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
750ml chilled sparkling apple cider
2 Β½ cups chilled lemonade

Method
– Place teabag in a mug, cover with the water – Stand for 10 minutes.
– Squeeze teabag then discard – Let the tea cool for 10 minutes.
– Crush the Mixed Berries in a punch bowl using a fork.
– Add the mint and tea, stir to combine them.
– Cover and Refridgerate for 1 hour.
– Stir cider and lemonade into the punch just before serving and sprinkle with extra mint if desired.
