This dessert is no fuss, with simple ingredients for an out of this world pudding… so go on ‘fill your boots’, your friends and family will love you for this one! Watch the video and then print off the recipe below the vid to follow.


You will need……

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 60 grams of butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cups of Sujon frozen raspberries

For the syrup you will need…..

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Walnuts (optional)

 
Method

  • Sift flour, cocoa, and baking powder
  • Rub in butter and add sugar
  • Mix to a soft dough with 1/3 cup milk.
  • Place frozen Sujon Raspberries in a greased dish and spoon mixture over top.
  • Heat syrup ingredients: brown sugar, cocoa, butter and boiling water in a saucepan until butter melts and pour over batter in a dish. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts
  • Bake in a moderate oven at 1800c for 30 minutes or until the sponge is firm with chocolate caramel underneath.
